After teaching aerobics most of my life (25 years) I took a year off. I looked in the mirror and thought, how did this happen I’m so fat. I decided to do something about it, and started a journey back to fitness. I started this blog to chronicle this journey and possibly inspire others. #fataerobicsinstructor

I want to inspire people to do things they haven’t done before to get results they haven’t had.
